1 Definitions

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of si777's services — including sports betting, live casino, and slot games — you must create an Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• One Account Per User: Each individual may maintain only one (1) Account on si777. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, truthful, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, valid email address, and preferred payment method details.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. si777 shall not be liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify si777's support team immediately at [email protected].
• Account Closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting si777 customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of outstanding wagering requirements.

4 KYC Verification

si777 is committed to maintaining a secure, fair, and legally compliant environment. As part of our obligations under international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) frameworks, we require all users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals.

The following documents are accepted for KYC verification:

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

si777 accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp):

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• Digital e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt. si777 does not charge fees on incoming deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000
• Withdrawals submitted during business hours (08:00–20:00 WIB) are typically processed within 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals submitted outside business hours are processed within 2 hours.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are both supported.
• si777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual or high-value.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

si777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing users. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified users only. Multiple accounts claiming a single bonus will result in cancellation of all bonus amounts and potential account suspension.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 40x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the validity period.

7 Betting & Game Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on si777 are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. The following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted only where sufficient Account balance exists at the time of placement.
• si777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• In the event of an obvious error — such as incorrect odds, misplaced decimal points, or manifest technical faults — si777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• All sports betting settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, the Indonesian Football Association for BRI Liga 1 matches).

7.2 Sports Betting

• Match Postponement: If a match is postponed or rescheduled to a date more than 48 hours from the original start time, all bets on that match are void unless otherwise stated.
• Match Abandonment: If a match is abandoned before completion, bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body. If no official result is declared, bets are void.
• Live Betting Acceptance: In-play bets are subject to delay of several seconds. Bets placed after a material event (goal, red card, match suspension) may be rejected.
